Context & Process

Let’s break down how a project works with QuinLo Growth. Everything is designed to feel smooth, collaborative, and totally stress-free, because building your website should never feel like a headache. My goal? To keep things simple for you while delivering a high-performing, beautiful site that supports real business growth.

 

The Onboard

We’ll kick things off with a quick convo about what you want your site to do and feel like. Once we’re aligned, we’ll lock in the terms and I’ll send over a shared Google Drive folder where you can drop in your branding, content, and anything that’s inspiring your vision. A solid start makes everything smoother down the line. 

The Project

Once we’re locked in, I’ll design and share your homepage first. This sets the tone. After we finalize the look and feel together, I’ll move forward with the rest of your pages using that established style. You’ll then receive the full site for review—complete with 2 full rounds of revisions, if needed. We’ll use ruttl to keep all feedback streamlined and visual, so no detail gets lost and everything stays efficient. 

The Offboard

Here’s the fun part—launching your brand-new website! Once you’re happy and the remaining 50% payment is completed, I’ll send over recorded video training to walk you through managing your site with confidence. Plus, you’ll get 30 days of email support—so even post-launch, you’re never left hanging. If you'd like extra help in managing or updating your site, we can talk through your needs and discuss terms after the project is complete.


Timeline

The proposed timeline for this project is 4–6 weeks, split into 3 key phases to ensure clarity, structure, and a smooth delivery.

 

Phase 1 (1–1.5 weeks): The Foundations

We’ll kick things off by collecting everything needed to set the project up for success. Then, you’ll upload your assets into a shared Google Drive folder for easy access. As soon as that’s done, I’ll begin shaping the layout and designing your homepage — setting the creative direction for the rest of the site. 

Phase 2 (2–3 weeks): Full Site Build-Out

This is where the rest of the site comes to life. I’ll develop all remaining pages using the approved homepage as our visual guide. Everything will be completed with time to spare before launch, so we can incorporate your feedback with up to 2 rounds of revisions, if needed.

Phase 3 (1–1.5 weeks): Finalization, Training & Handover

In the final phase, I’ll connect your domain, wrap up final adjustments, and deliver recorded training so you can confidently manage your site. You’ll also receive 30 days of email support, and if you’d like help updating or managing your site post-launch, we can talk through your needs and discuss terms after the project is complete.

The Next Steps

If you are happy with the above quote, we can move forward at a pace that suits you. The immediate next steps will be to sign a contract which includes deliverables. To secure a spot on my calendar, you will also be required to pay a 50% deposit. This ensures we can start as soon as you like and that you lock in the rate quoted in this proposal.
